Booking

Reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire reservation. This amount will be charged to your credit card upon booking the reservation.

There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends. There is a three-night minimum stay for holiday weekends. 

Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. 

Guest rooms at Foxfire Mountain House are double occupancy with queen beds. Please inquire directly regarding any specific needs.

There is no smoking anywhere indoors. A $350 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking in rooms is found.

 

cancellations

A refund of the deposit minus a $50 admin fee is available if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a full charge of the entire length of stay.

 

special restrictions

Foxfire Mountain House is all about creating a relaxing getaway for our guests. We welcome families with children over the age of 12.

Foxfire is dog friendly in the private cottage for an extra charge of $50 per night. One dog only is allowed and pets are not permitted during your stay in the main inn. If you have a service dog, please contact Foxfire in advance of your stay. There will be a $75 cleaning fee for any service animals.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
