SUNDAY, JUNE 28
Event Partner: James Jelks of Florez Wines (Santa Cruz, CA) joins us with a selection of his natural wines. Working along the California coast, his approach is hands-off and rooted in the vineyard, with a focus on freshness and energy in the glass. The wines are bright, textural, and shaped by place. A perspective that feels both coastal and closely aligned with what we value here.
Dining Theme: Ocean Tides to Mountain Pasture — a surf & turf menu that starts at the coast and moves inland. Briny, lighter dishes give way to something more grounded and rooted in the land, built around early summer ingredients at their peak.
All rooms & tickets sold out. Menu TBA
SUNDAY JULY 20
Event Partner: Brooklyn Kura brings their sake upstate for the evening. Brewed in New York using traditional Japanese methods, their work is careful, precise, and expressive. They’ve helped shape how people think about American sake. A natural fit for a menu built on depth and fermentation.
Dining Theme: The Fifth Taste — an exploration of umami in its many forms. Built through aging, curing, browning, and fermentation, the menu leans into depth, savoriness, and a sense of layered complexity.
Rooms sold out. Tickets still available. Menu TBA
SUNDAY, AUGUST 23
Event Partner: A Foxfire staff favorite, Faccia Brutto joins us with their line of botanical spirits, presented by founder Patrick Miller. Rooted in Italian tradition, their products are known for their balance of bitterness and depth. Thoughtful and well-made, they offer a modern take on classic aperitivo culture.
Dining Theme: A Trip to Piedmont — a dinner inspired by the cuisine of northern Italy, where Alpine heartiness meets a touch of French refinement. Handmade pastas, slower cooking, and late-summer ingredients, with a focus on dishes that feel generous without being heavy.
All rooms & tickets sold out. Menu TBA
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20
Our Partner: Leah Rinaldi of Jenny & François Selections returns for the evening with a selection of natural wines. A guest we always love having back, she brings a thoughtful, personal approach to sharing wine. Expect a conversation around low-intervention practices, terroir, and the people behind the bottles.
Dining Theme: Autumn in the South of France — a menu inspired by the tastes and traditions of a legendary wine region in the fall, shaped by olive oil, herbs, seafood, and late-season vegetables. Pescatarian and vegetarian-friendly, and a fitting way to close out the season.
All rooms & tickets sold out. Menu TBA
