Now in its fourth year, this signature dining series has become one of our most sought-after experiences — and every event has sold out. Four times a year, guests gather in our forest for an unforgettable evening of food, drink, music, and design in the heart of nature.

Picture tables layered with seasonal blooms, wild branches, candlelight, and natural textures drawn from the landscape itself. Overhead, chandeliers adorned with Spanish moss glow as a curated soundtrack carries the night from golden hour into darkness. Each dinner features a distinct, one-night-only menu created just for the occasion.

Every event begins with a hosted tasting and conversation led by a special partner from the world of wine, spirits and hospitality — an intimate, educational hour to open the evening before dinner is served.

Because these evenings always fill quickly, we’re offering our hotel guests first access to secure tickets before they are released to the public (expected mid-March).

Booking a room doesn’t include tickets — but it gives you priority access to add them to your stay, essentially guaranteeing your place at the table.

Guest access by accommodation:
• Double occupancy rooms → up to 2 tickets
• Two-bedroom cabins → up to 4 tickets
• Four-bedroom cottage → up to 8 tickets

Room Rates & Availability

Event Tickets: $175 per person, plus tax.
(Includes tasting hour, three course family-style dinner & beer and wine from 5pm to 8pm)

  • These events are intended for guests 21 years of age and older.

  • In the case of inclement weather the dinners will be held on our indoor covered veranda. 

  • Due to the format of these events, there will be no substitutions or modifications to the menus.

  • Event tickets are fully refundable up to 5 days prior to the event. 

  • Lodging reservations may be canceled without charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that window, the stay is non-refundable. Canceling your lodging will also release your event tickets.
