The FOXFIRE WEEKEND WEDDING 2019 PACKAGE includes:

*  Exclusive use of Foxfires private10-acre property with lily pool, vintage glass house, pond with canoe, bonfire areas, bocce ball, horseshoes, cornhole, bar and lounge with stone fireplace

*  All staff for the weekend

*  Catering is done on site. Our chef creates the menus in collaboration with you to create the style and taste of food that is exactly right for your event

*  Exclusive accommodations included at Foxfire for up to 30 people, double occupancy. The individual room fees may be collected from your guests separately and will be deducted from the total venue fee

*  Wedding Coordinator - our full-time events manager will help you or your planner with logistics from booking through to your wedding weekend

*  Two restrooms located on the main floor of the inn

* Fresh flowers in guest rooms and public spaces; candles and lanterns around the property

*  Rentals: sailcloth tent, wood farmhouse tables, wood chairs for reception dinner, place settings: plates, glasses, silverware, napkins

*  Arrival any time after 3pm on Friday with departure 11am on Sunday

*  Welcome/Rehearsal dinner included for 30 guests (*additional guests at pp fee)

*  Breakfast is included for on site guests (*additional guests at pp fee)

*  Set up and clean for the event

*  Family-style reception dinner starting at $90pp, including cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres

*  Wedding alcohol package starting at $45pp

*  Wedding flowers *we have an in-house florist and would be happy to discuss Foxfire doing the floristry for your event*

* Shuttle transportation required due to limited parking on site
