The FOXFIRE WEDDING PACKAGE includes:
* Exclusive use of either Foxfire Mountain House or Foxfire La Colina with all facilities and staff from Friday at 3pm to Sunday at 11am.
* Foxfire Mountain House can host up to 150 guests for reception. Foxfire La Colina can host up to 100 guests for reception.
* All staffing for the duration of your event. Please note that Foxfire pays its employees a full living wage. There will be no additional service charge or administrative fee to the venue fee.
* All catering is done on site. Each Foxfire wedding is unique - our chef creates the menus in collaboration with you so that you have the exact style and taste of food that perfectly suits your event.
* Exclusive accommodations included at Foxfire Mountain House for up to 28 guests. Exclusive accommodations included at Foxfire La Colina for up to 10 guests. Individual room fees may be collected from your guests separately and will be deducted from the total venue fee should you desire.
* Planning - Our Director of Events will help you in planning in the months leading up to your wedding weekend
* Day of Coordinator - Our full-time Event Manager will be by your side throughout the weekend
* Foxfire Floral Package #1 included: Bride’s Bouquet, Groom’s Boutonnière, Bud Vases or Table Garland for Reception Tables, Birch Arbor with Floral Corners, Garland over Dancefloor, Bar Arrangement and Welcome Table Arrangement. Upgraded packages available upon request.
* Fresh flowers in guest rooms, public spaces, candles, lights & fire pits around the property.
* Rentals: ceremony benches, sailcloth wedding tent with lights, wood chairs for reception, wood farmhouse tables, plates, glasses, silverware, napkins
* Arrival any time after 3pm on Friday with departure 11am on Sunday
* Welcome/Rehearsal dinner included for on site guests (*additional guests at $65pp)
* Breakfast is included for on site guests (*additional guests at $25pp)
* Set up and clean for the event
* Family-style reception dinner starting at $100pp, including cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres
* Wedding alcohol package starting at $50pp
